Prep work required: ACLS study material and prep-work instructions are sent after registration by text and email. Prep work is due before class based on the instructions sent.

Requirements & What to Bring
Before class
- Complete required ACLS prep work and study material sent after registration
- Bring a valid photo ID and any required prep-work confirmation if requested
- Arrive 10–15 minutes early for check-in
After class
- Receive same-day eCard (unless otherwise noted)
- Claim your eCard directly from your emailed link
- We can resend anytime, just text us
Frequently Asked Questions
What’s the refund or reschedule policy?
You can reschedule free of charge if you contact us more than 24 hours before your class.
Inside 24 hours, the following reschedule fees apply:
- $30 for BLS or CPR/First Aid/AED
- $55 for ACLS or PALS
To cancel, you must contact us 24+ hours before class. Refunds are issued minus the deposit, which is non-refundable.
Cancellations inside 24 hours are non-refundable but may be credited toward a future class within 90 days.
All requests must be sent directly to 281-524-2767 (call or text).
Do you issue same-day cards?
You will receive your official AHA eCard the same day, usually within a few hours after class.
If AHA delays their email system, your certification is still issued the same day on our end.
Is there a HeartCode + Skills option?
Yes, we offer an ACLS Skills Session for students who have already purchased and completed the AHA HeartCode ACLS online portion.
For most students, the ACLS Update Class is the better option because it includes the instructor-led training, hands-on practice, skills evaluation, and certification process in one class.

Can my employer verify my certification?
Your certification is issued through the American Heart Association (AHA), and employers can verify it through the official AHA eCard verification portal.
