Before & after
Requirements & What to Bring
Before class
- Bring a valid photo ID, if requested
- Wear comfortable clothing for hands-on practice
- Review PALS rhythms, medications, and high-quality BLS skills before class
- Arrive 10-15 minutes early for check-in
After class
- Complete instructor-led PALS pediatric scenarios and team practice
- Pass the required PALS skills evaluation and written exam
- Receive your official AHA PALS Provider eCard after successful completion and processing

Frequently Asked Questions
What’s the refund or reschedule policy?
You can reschedule free of charge if you contact us more than 24 hours before your class.
Inside 24 hours, the following reschedule fees apply:
- $30 for BLS or CPR/First Aid/AED
- $50 for ACLS or ACLS
To cancel, you must contact us 24+ hours before class. Refunds are issued minus the deposit, which is non-refundable.
Cancellations inside 24 hours are non-refundable but may be credited toward a future class within 90 days.
All requests must be sent directly to 281-524-2767 (call or text).
How soon will I receive my eCard?
Your official AHA PALS Provider eCard is issued after successful completion and processing.
If the AHA system is delayed, we can help with eCard access after it becomes available.
Is this the HeartCode PALS skills session?
No. This is the instructor-led AHA PALS Initial Provider class.
If you already purchased and completed HeartCode PALS, choose the PALS Skills Session instead.

Can my employer verify my certification?
Your eCard is issued through the American Heart Association. Employers can verify your eCard using the official AHA eCard tools when available.
