Before class
- Complete and submit the ARC BLS online course by 7 PM the day before class
- Bring a valid photo ID, if requested
- Arrive 10-15 minutes early for check-in
After class
- Receive your ARC BLS digital certificate after successful completion and processing
- Access your digital certificate through the ARC system once issued

Frequently Asked Questions
What’s the refund or reschedule policy?
You can reschedule free of charge if you contact us more than 24 hours before your class.
Inside 24 hours, the following reschedule fees apply:
- $30 for BLS or CPR/First Aid/AED
- $55 for ACLS or PALS
To cancel, you must contact us 24+ hours before class. Refunds are issued minus the deposit, which is non-refundable.
Cancellations inside 24 hours are non-refundable but may be credited toward a future class within 90 days.
All requests must be sent directly to 281-524-2767 (call or text).
How soon will I receive my digital certificate?
Your ARC BLS digital certificate is issued after successful completion and processing.
If the ARC system is delayed, we can help with certificate access after it becomes available.
Do I need to complete the ARC BLS online course first?
Yes. This is an ARC blended learning skills session, so the ARC BLS online course must be completed before class.
Complete and submit the ARC BLS online course by 7 PM the day before class.

Your certificate is issued through the American Red Cross. Employers can verify your certificate using the official ARC certificate tools when available.
