Before & after
Requirements & What to Bring
Before class
- Complete the AHA HeartCode ACLS online portion before attending
- Submit your HeartCode ACLS completion certificate by 7 PM the day before class
- Arrive 10-15 minutes early for check-in
After class
- Receive your official AHA ACLS Provider eCard after successful skills completion and processing
- Claim your eCard directly from your emailed link
- We can resend it later if needed. Text 281-524-2767.

Frequently Asked Questions
What’s the refund or reschedule policy?
You can reschedule free of charge if you contact us more than 24 hours before your class.
Inside 24 hours, the following reschedule fees apply:
- $30 for BLS or CPR/First Aid/AED
- $50 for ACLS or PALS
To cancel, you must contact us 24+ hours before class. Refunds are issued minus the deposit, which is non-refundable.
Cancellations inside 24 hours are non-refundable but may be credited toward a future class within 90 days.
All requests must be sent directly to 281-524-2767 (call or text).
How soon do I get my eCard?
Your official AHA ACLS Provider eCard is issued after successful completion and processing. Most students receive it after class once processing is complete.
If the AHA email system is delayed, we can help resend the eCard link after it is available.
Do I need HeartCode before this ACLS Skills Session?
Yes. This ACLS Skills Session is only for students who have already purchased and completed the AHA HeartCode ACLS online portion.
Please bring your HeartCode ACLS completion certificate or proof of completion with you to class.
If you have not completed HeartCode ACLS, book the ACLS Update Class instead, or text us at 281-524-2767 and we’ll confirm the correct option for you.
Where do I park?
Parking is free and available in the driveway or along the street.
You will also receive a detailed parking guide with photos before class.

Can my employer verify my certification?
Your certification is issued through the American Heart Association (AHA), and employers can verify it through the official AHA eCard verification portal.
Employers can confirm:
- Your name
- Course type (AHA ACLS Provider)
- Issue date
- Training Site (Cardiox Care)
- Certification status
