Important: This registration is for the in-person skills session only. You must purchase, complete, and submit the AHA Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED online course on your own by 7 PM the day before class.

Requirements & What to Bring
Before class
- Buy and complete the AHA Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED online course on your own before class
- Submit your AHA online course completion eCard by 7 PM the day before class
- Bring a valid photo ID, if requested
- Arrive 10-15 minutes early for check-in
After class
- Complete the hands-on CPR, AED, and First Aid skills checkoff with an instructor
- Pass the required instructor skills evaluation on site
- Receive your official AHA CPR/First Aid/AED eCard after successful completion and processing

Frequently Asked Questions
What’s the refund or reschedule policy?
You can reschedule free of charge if you contact us more than 24 hours before your class.
Inside 24 hours, the following reschedule fees apply:
- $30 for BLS or CPR/First Aid/AED
- $55 for ACLS or PALS
To cancel, you must contact us 24+ hours before class. Refunds are issued minus the deposit, which is non-refundable.
Cancellations inside 24 hours are non-refundable but may be credited toward a future class within 90 days.
All requests must be sent directly to 281-524-2767 (call or text).
Will I receive an AHA eCard?
Yes. Your official AHA CPR/First Aid/AED eCard is issued after successful completion and processing, as long as your required AHA online course completion is submitted and verified.
Is the AHA online course included?
No. This registration is only for the in-person AHA CPR/First Aid/AED skills session. You must buy and complete the AHA Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED online course separately before class.
Submit your AHA online course completion eCard by 7 PM the day before class.
What does this skills session include?
This skills session includes the hands-on CPR, AED, and First Aid skills checkoff with instructor evaluation.
It does not include the online course purchase.
Can my employer verify my certification?
Your eCard is issued through the American Heart Association. Employers can verify your eCard using the official AHA eCard tools when available.
Is the AHA online course included?
