Requirements & What to Bring
Before class
- Complete the ARC BLS online course before attending
- Complete and submit the ARC online course by 7 PM the day before class
- Arrive 10-15 minutes early for check-in
After class
- Receive your official ARC BLS digital certificate after successful completion and processing
- Claim your certificate directly from your emailed link
- We can resend it later if needed. Text 281-524-2767.

Frequently Asked Questions
What’s the refund or reschedule policy?
You can reschedule free of charge if you contact us more than 24 hours before your class.
Inside 24 hours, the following reschedule fees apply:
- $30 for BLS or CPR/First Aid/AED
- $55 for ACLS or PALS
To cancel, you must contact us 24+ hours before class. Refunds are issued minus the deposit, which is non-refundable.
Cancellations inside 24 hours are non-refundable but may be credited toward a future class within 90 days.
All requests must be sent directly to 281-524-2767 (call or text).
How soon do I get my ARC certificate?
Your official ARC BLS digital certificate is issued after successful completion and processing. Most students receive the email after class once processing is complete.
If the ARC email system is delayed, we can help resend the certificate link after it is available.
Is the ARC online course included?
Yes. ARC BLS online course access is included after you register. The online portion must be completed before attending the in-person skills session.
After registering, watch your text or email for the online course access instructions.
If you prefer everything completed in one instructor-led appointment, choose the AHA BLS Full Class instead, or text us at 281-524-2767 and we will confirm the correct option.
Where do I park?
Parking is free and available in the driveway or along the street.
You will also receive a detailed parking guide with photos before class.

When you arrive, please park in the driveway or directly in front of the house. Please avoid blocking neighboring driveways. Use the main front door and we will greet you inside.
Can my employer verify my certification?
Your certification is issued through the American Red Cross (ARC), and employers can verify it using the official Red Cross digital certificate information.
Employers can confirm:
- Your name
- Course type (American Red Cross Basic Life Support)
- Issue date
- Training Site (Cardiox Care)
- Certification status
