Before class
- Complete the AHA HeartCode PALS online portion before attending
- Bring your HeartCode PALS completion certificate or proof of completion
- Arrive 10–15 minutes early for check-in
After class
- Receive same-day eCard after successful skills completion
- Claim your E-card directly from your emailed link
- We can resend anytime, just text us
Frequently Asked Questions
What’s the refund or reschedule policy?
You can reschedule free of charge if you contact us more than 24 hours before your class.
Inside 24 hours, the following reschedule fees apply:
- $30 for BLS or CPR/First Aid/AED
- $50 for ACLS or PALS
To cancel, you must contact us 24+ hours before class. Refunds are issued minus the deposit, which is non-refundable.
Cancellations inside 24 hours are non-refundable but may be credited toward a future class within 90 days.
All requests must be sent directly to 281-524-2767, call or text.
Do you issue same-day cards?
You will receive your official AHA eCard the same day after successful completion of your PALS Skills Session, usually within a few hours after class.
If AHA delays their email system, your certification is still issued the same day on our end.
Do I need HeartCode before this PALS Skills Session?
Yes. This PALS Skills Session is only for students who have already purchased and completed the AHA HeartCode PALS online portion.
Please bring your HeartCode PALS completion certificate or proof of completion with you to class.
If you have not completed HeartCode PALS, book the PALS Update Class instead, or text us at 281-524-2767 and we’ll confirm the correct option for you.

Use the main parking lot. Enter the North Building, the side marked with “N”, take the elevator to the 3rd floor, turn left, then right. We are the second-to-last door on the left.
Can my employer verify my certification?
Your certification is issued through the American Heart Association (AHA), and employers can verify it through the official AHA eCard verification portal.

- Your name
- Course type (AHA PALS Provider)
- Issue date
- Training Site (Cardiox Care)
- Certification status
